Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the following terms and conditions apply:

Refunds

  1. To request a refund, please contact us at support@comproavi.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. In your refund request, please provide the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The product name and a brief description of the issue.

       3. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
       4. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the purchase, except if there are some issues.

Limiting/Denying Refund Requests

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the product has been used, consumed, damaged or downloaded by a person before the refund was requested.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a person for the same product.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a person.
  • In case of online courses, a paid course has been leaked or unethically shared on the internet by a person before the refund was requested.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or product access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
 

 

Cancellations

  1. To cancel your purchase, please contact us at support@comproavi.com
  2. If you cancel before the product has been shipped or delivered, you will receive a full refund.
  3. If you cancel after the product has been shipped or delivered, please refer to our refund policy above.

ComproAvi and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither ComproAvi, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of India.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in India.

Indemnity

User further agrees that ComproAvi shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that ComproAvi  shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to ComproAvi, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Disclaimer Of Consequential Damages

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
